Just tried to call via Skype to Apple Store in US, and guess what? They ask me to "Press 1 if you want to blahblah press 2 if you want to blah blah..." and... indeed if you press "2" in Skype window it will send the tone signal to the phone line! For that's kind of feature I love skype.
